Perfect for what we wanted, which was to be close to Valencia airport (30mins drive) and free parking (there were lots of spaces surrounding the hotel). Staff were very friendly/ welcoming, rooms were very clean and it was nice they had a coffee dispenser machine in the reception area and you could also get beer on tap. Definitely recommend if you're just looking for convenience/ if you're driving/ looking to stay somewhere near the airport for a budget price.

The staff, manager, employees, cleaners. The Receptionist (César) responsible for the mistake described below (qué no te gustó?) was polite and VERY apologetic during the night when I went down at 2:30AM to complain and also the manager (Pilar) next morning wasery apologetic and reimbursed me for the charges for the night and offered me two free breakfasts for the duration of my stay. The case was professionally and adequately handled by both, and for me a bad but understandable human error was handled well and I will not hesitate to go to the same IBIS Hotel again.

The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating, the hotel was always clean and we had our bed made everyday with fresh clean towels everyday. The location was quite remote but not far from the town by walk and not far at all by car. We hired a car and it was so easy to get to places without being in a busy area. Also burger King is just up the road for a quick snack or massive drink! We loved our stay and are hoping to come back soon.

It was ideally placed for access to the motorways, and had secure parking. The rooms and bed were comfortable for an overnight stay. We had breakfast, which was the usual continental type, with a wide selection of bread, rolls, patisserie, fruit and yoghurt’s. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

You always now what to expect with Ibis Budet. The bed is oke, location was perfect coming from the highway. Not really located in Valencia so if you want to go there, look further. But if you want a travel stop this is the perfect hotel. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

The room is basic but has a good sized shower, comfortable bed and very clean. The staff were really friendly from the reception to the cleaning staff. Location was perfect, easy to get to and 15 minutes into the city.

Location was quite nice actually, the facility was welcoming and convivial. Surprisingly silent even tho it’s located next to the highway. The staff was awesome, the terrace super chill.

We booked two rooms but on short notice, so theY were in different levels But you could sit in the lobby quite nice to meet Breakfast very cheap and delicious Rooms very small but intelligent in furniture We had a parking place for the car

Breakfast was buffet but lots of choice. It was warm in the room and the dog was accepted. I had asked for a ground floor room but although agreed we were on the second floor. Actually it didn’t affect our stay.
